7 Up Plan

Get up seven minutes earlier in the morning than you normally do. Spend the first thirty seconds in prayer, giving thanks for the past night’s rest and ask God’s guidance for the day’s activities, Spend the next four minutes reading the Bible. Spend the remaining two and a half minutes in prayer. This prayer could consist of:

Adoration-Praise to God
Confession-of sin
Thanksgiving-for your blessings
Supplication-request for God’s help
